Easily insert the Pro Training Defender inside the base to hold it upright and in place for training. The built-in pass-through channel can be used for holding down goals and keeping rebounders in place for a variety of sports. The attached wheels make for easy transportation from the car or equipment room, and to and across the field. The base holds up to 30 pounds of water and 40 pounds of sand for stability against wind, balls, and players. Multiple bases stack together for convenient storage and secure transportation.
