Safety from injury is the foremost priority in establishing a robust foundation for youth athletes. Our Speed Skills Safety (SSS) program effectively addresses all essential aspects to minimize injuries using proven sports science and performance training protocols.

With the SSS program, young athletes gain confidence as we correct structural imbalances and enhance their running mechanics and agility. We also instill vital skills in body awareness, balance, and mental conditioning.

This online Fitness Impact application (FI APP) delivers specialized training programs tailored to your athlete's sport, packed with engaging educational content and clear instructional videos over a concentrated four-week period.

When you choose to invest in your young athlete, you will receive a link to join the Fitness Impact Training Application. Upon your confirmation, access will be granted immediately for your athlete and their professional performance coach to commence their training.
